OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Detailing Mode LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at detailingmode.com.

By submitting a service inquiry or booking a service through our website, phone, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Submitting a service request does not guarantee availability or confirmation of service. All appointments are subject to our availability and confirmation.

SERVICES

• Detailing Mode LLC provides mobile car detailing services including but not limited to: interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, engine cleaning, and boat/yacht detailing
• Services are performed at the customer's location within our service area (Miami-Dade & Broward counties)
• Pricing is subject to vehicle size, condition, and selected service package
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon inspection if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By providing your phone number and voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Detailing Mode LLC.

• SMS opt-in is entirely voluntary, the consent checkbox on our contact form is unchecked by default
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service
• SMS messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Detailing Mode LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that exist prior to service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on detailingmode.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Detailing Mode LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
